What you need
To
listen to KUSC live web casts, you will need a sound card on your
computer, a 28.8 kbps or faster modem or broadband / DSL connection,
and an audio player like RealPlayer, iTunes, Windows Media Player or
WinAmp. If you don’t already have one of these players on your
computer, you can download one for FREE from their website. Click on
their logo link to the right.
If you choose to use Windows Media Player, please be advised that it
may not be compatible with our system.
Due to restrictions in the recently passed federal Digital Millennium
Copyright Act, occasionally some programs may not air on our internet
stream. These programs may be heard, however, over the radio on our
four local frequencies.
To
use iTunes, open up the player and connect to our stream by
copying/pasting the desired URL below, through the "Advanced -> Open
Stream" Menu Option.
If you have a player other than those listed above, you can simply
copy & paste your desired stream into the URL window of your player.
