Classical California resident artist and host Lara Downes talks with country singer-song writer Brittney Spencer. Spencer's debut album, My Stupid Life, came out last fall and was called "one of the most convincing country statements in a while" by Rolling Stone. She has shared the stage with artists from Megan Thee Stallion to Bruce Springsteen and most recently was featured in the song "BLACKBIIRD" from Beyoncé's album Cowboy Carter.
