This week's Classical Californian, Lina González-Granados, is the Resident Conductor at Los Angeles Opera. Last Fall, she led performances there of Gustavo Santaolalla's original score for Spanish Dracula, and she’s now conducting their production of Ainadamar by Osvaldo Golijov. Her lineup of music includes works conducted by mentors and friends like Riccardo Muti and Yannick Nézet-Séguin, with some of her favorite composers, including Rachmaninoff and Verdi, as well as a unique arrangement of Piazzolla's Four Seasons of Buenos Aires. Tune in Wednesday Night at 7pm!
